Jeff Grabow
Vice President of Customer Success
Jeff is a medical device supply chain veteran who brings 30 years of leadership experience across Plan-Source-Make-Deliver-Last Mile functions to ImplantBase. He began his career as a supply chain ERP Systems programmer/analyst with Accenture within their aerospace and defense practice. Upon becoming APICS-CPIM certified, moved into supply chain operational roles in the personal computer industry with Compaq Computer Corporation, implementing warehouse management systems, master planning systems, and advanced factory scheduling systems. Stepping into the medical device industry in 1999 with Medtronic-Spine, 2013 with Zimmer Biomet, and 2018 Globus, he led supply chain planning, sourcing, distribution, customer service, and field inventory management organizations. While leading these teams and seeing the need for modernization of systems and processes, he implemented SAP-APO advanced planning platform across the globe, surgical kit assembly optimization programs, along with RFID intelligent enclosures for field-based inventory management and control. Addressing the ongoing inefficiencies that existed in the last mile of the orthopedic supply chain between distribution and hospital customers, embarked on developing solutions to drive efficiency and service improvements. In 2014, while serving as the VP of Supply Chain for Zimmer Biomet, Jeff identified ImplantBase as the solution for optimizing the last mile of the Orthopedic supply chain and made it the platform for sales and operations. Jeff joined ImplantBase in August of 2020 to help drive ImplantBase to be the industry supply chain solution across Plan-Source-Make-Deliver-Last Mile functions. Jeff is a 1989 graduate of Purdue University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer-Integrated Manufacturing Engineering.
Daniel Norris
Vice President of Technology
Daniel Norris has been in web development for over 10 years during which he developed solutions for many companies including Coca-Cola, CNN, Red Cross, and the FAA. Having spent years designing and building tools to replace software that nobody used, or liked to use, Daniel brings a unique customer focused perspective to software development. One in which the attitude is "If users don't love it, we didn't build it right." He has primarily worked with Java, Groovy on Grails, and MySQL, but has also worked with many other technologies including Python, C/C++, Oracle, SQL Server, and, of course, Linux. In his free time, he experiments with the latest web technologies - including Functional Reactive Programming and various NoSQL databases like Cassandra and MongoDB, particularly in dealing with Big Data.
Amy Stokes, J.D., SHRM-SCP, CCEP
Vice President, People, Legal & Compliance
Amy is a licensed attorney with over eighteen years of experience working both in the public sector in the State of Missouri and in private practice. She holds certifications as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SHRM-SCP), Professional in Human Resources - California (PHRca) and as a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP). In 2006, Amy founded a law practice which she led as Managing Partner. While practicing family law and overseeing business operations, Amy successfully expanded the practice to two law offices in St. Louis, Missouri and served thousands of clients. Having spent years litigating family law cases, she found more fulfillment and her true passion in operations, human resource management and compliance.Upon becoming SHRM-SCP certified, she relocated to Austin, Texas and spent two years as the Director of Human Resources for an international wholesale furniture company.
Amy joined ImplantBase in 2019 and she provides strategic leadership in the areas of people operations and organizational compliance, while providing legal counsel on employment law, regulatory matters, and business operations to ensure sound, informed decision-making across the organization. Amy graduated cum laude from St. Louis University School of Law, with a Juris Doctor degree. In her free time, she enjoys CrossFit and spending time with her family and two dogs.
Thomas Dunbar, PMP, MBA
Vice President of Project Management
Tom joined ImplantBase in 2022 and has been instrumental in driving the growth and success of our Project Management Office. With 28 years of experience in project and program management—16 of those in the medical device industry—Tom has a proven track record of delivering successful projects and implementations. He has held key roles at industry leaders such as Medtronic, Getinge, and KORU Medical Systems, where he excelled in operations and program management.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration: Marketing from Montclair State University (1996) and an MBA in Management of Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (2005). He earned his PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2005, further solidifying his expertise in the field.
